Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ will host a lecture on Louis Stokes and the Kentucky – West Virginia Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (KY-WV LSAMP) organization Feb. 20 in room 115 of Carver from 11 a.m. until noon.
