Kentucky State Graduate Student Sudip Poudel Publishes Research in Nature Portfolio Journal
Sudip Poudel, a recent graduate of Â鶹ֱ²¥'s M.S. in Environmental Studies program, recently published research in Nature Portfolio's Scientific Reports Journal. The paper, titled "Identifying the most sensitive growth stages of soybean to defoliation," explores his work at Kentucky State.
Environmental Studies Graduate Receives Travel Grant for National Geospatial Science Workshop
Dipesh Oli, a recent Â鶹ֱ²¥ graduate with an M.S. in Environmental Studies, received a competitive travel grant to participate in a specialized CyberTraining workshop on geospatial science for disaster management. The workshop took place on June 27 as part of the University Consortium for Geographic Information Science (UCGIS) Symposium 2025 in Laramie, Wyoming.
