The Mighty Marching Thorobreds are one of eight HBCU marching bands featured in the Pepsi National Battle of the Bands (NBOTB) film āThe Road to Houston: Preparing to Battle.ā The film provides fans a behind-the-scenes look at the band selection process, preparation and performances. The Mighty Marching Thorobreds traveled to Houston, Texas in August of 2022 and performed to a record-setting crowd of 55,000 fans in NRG Stadium.
